In this regard, the Graines Voltz Group has formalized its policy by adopting an anti-corruption code of conduct to guide the decisions and behavior of members of the Group’s governance bodies and employees of Graines Voltz Group entities, as well as all third parties with whom the Graines Voltz Group has relationships.
